This month we took an in depth look at two local stories starting with the new Sonoma County Pride organization. Chuck Ramsey, the president of Sonoma County Pride, was on to talk about the new organization and their plans for an amazing 2015 pride celebration happening June 5 through 7, 2015 in Guerneville.
This last spring Greg Miraglia participated on the accreditation site team visit for Santa Rosa Junior College. During his visit, he met with LGBT students and staff and discovered that the college is working hard to create a safe campus for students and staff. LGBT faculty and students were on to talk about a number of new initiatives and the presidential LGBT advisory committee.
