This month we celebrated Pride and the start of Pride week here in the Bay area with two local guys including a rising vocalist, Glenn Arias. Glenn recently returned to Sonoma County after living in Texas where he was immersed in the local gay community. He didn’t waste any time getting involved in volunteer work and in music here in Sonoma County. He celebrated Pride with us by singing, live, Heather Small’s “Proud” one of the anthems here on Outbeat Radio.
We also talked with Nate Bourg, one of the founders of “The Academy” a hot new social club in San Francisco’s Castro District. Nate share the origins of the club and what is in store for this highly successful new organization.
